Killer - Monsters Of Rock
It has been 10 years since the last release by these Dinosaurs of Belgian Metal. And this album puts them right where they belong: at the top of the Belgian Scene!
We get 15 songs in 67 minutes, a absolute treat!
No, this is NOT the Belgian Motörhead, This ladies & gents is KILLER! and KILLER is BACK!
Shorty's voice has improved over the years and it almost seems like he grew a third arm, for the guitarlines and solo's are bitching! Everything is fast, pounding, catchy, totally sing along-able. Lyrics are not some quickly put together "look I know some fancy words" lyrics, No, they are easily understandable and are about all the stuff going wrong with the world. My kinda thing!
With "Making Magic" we get a little Bluess-treat on the side and Killer even went down the "love-song-lane" with "Danger Zone". The title track "Monsters Of Rock" is a sum-up of song titles from this and older Killer records, we'll have a question about that in one of our upcoming Cd-winning competitions on facebook!
This is another must have! So get off your lazy ass and go buy this record!
